EATING SMART is part of an ongoing organizing and education project to bring healthy, local food to Muskegon County, Michigan schools. Chris Bedford produced this 4 minute film to portray the leadership role of Grand Traverse Area Catholic Schools under superintendent Michael Buell in bringing fresh, healthy local food to 900 students.
